Is ATC Nigeria interested in buying out my lease?
Yes, ATC Nigeria is interested in purchasing your interest in the lease. Please contact us and a member of our team will be in touch with you.
As your current tenant, we can likely match or exceed any other offer for the lease and can structure the transaction to fit your financial needs.
When will I receive my payment?
Annual rental payments are issued at the end of every year, in advance, for the following year.
All other payments will be paid according to the terms of your lease.

How do I update my contact information with ATC Nigeria?

What access does ATC Nigeria have to my property?

What are my site and vendor numbers, and why do I need them?
Your site number and vendor number are used to identify your account. When you contact us, please reference your site number to help facilitate your request. Certain forms also require your vendor number, as it is associated with your payments.
To find your site number and vendor number, please check your payment remittance summary or the signage at the site. If you are unsure, please contact our landlord relations team nigeria.property@atcnigeria.ng.
