Employees accrue paid “flextime” which can be used for vacation, sick or personal days. We recognize our employees are diverse and may celebrate holidays other than our Company holidays, so we provide three floating holidays as well.
Eligible mothers and fathers receive 5 days paid time off at 100 percent of pay following the birth or adoption of a child. Birth mothers receive an additional 90 days paid disability leave.
